1. Responsible for following up on the entire after-sales process of orders, coordinating and resolving quality issues reported by customers;
2. Responsible for collecting after-sales feedback, establishing a 'Customer Problem Ledger', and categorizing and recording issues related to quality, delivery time, service, and other dimensions;
3. Responsible for handling customer complaints, leading internal responsibility analysis meetings, implementing improvement measures, and providing feedback to customers on the handling results to enhance customer satisfaction;
4. Responsible for summarizing the 'After sales Problem Statistics Table' on a monthly basis, analyzing high-frequency quality issues, and providing data support for optimizing production processes.
5. Salary range: 60000 to 100000 yuan
